ECONOMY LINE

The "economy" holster line is my answer to the constant complaining of people about the high cost of leather, and go and buy a "one size fits all" synthetic...That, and another holster maker ticking me off, gave me the idea for the "Economy" or Budget holster.. 

Quality leather costs money...You are paying for the leather, and the handwork (and name) that is a custom holster...On the other hand, there are people that simply cannot afford a quality leather holster, even at the already low prices that I charge for my "standard" product line...The "Budget" holster is my answer to this...I make a "batch" at one time (usually once a month), spreading out the cost of each holster across a lot of orders...There is almost no "handwork" done on the holster and this cuts down on the amount of time it takes me to craft them..

Also, due to the amount of leather that I can now order at one time from my distributor, I can offer these at such low prices and still make a buck or 2 for myself...

The "economy" holster('s) below is still crafted from top quality 6-8.oz shoulder leather (NOT SIDES!!!)...The difference is, after the holster is glued together, I use rivets to hold it together instead of saddle stitching...It is covered under the same warranty as my "standard" line of holsters

Truth be told, rivets have been used for a long time in crafting holsters, normally by custom holster makers that don't have access to a leather sewing machine or are just hobbyist's that do it for extra money...And if done correctly they last just as long as there more expensive (stitched) cousins...
